Returns

We will always do everything we can to ensure you are satisfied with your shopping experience. Products cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Slight general wear should be expected on pre-owned products.

Under the unlikely circumstance that the product is significantly not as described, a guaranteed refund is applicable minus shipping costs. Every product is closely inspected and photographed before shipping to avoid returns.

If our product photos prove a condition different to the one you are stating you will not be eligible for a refund.  

We are not held accountable for any damage to any products after they are worn or washed.

Please note we do not accept returns relating to sizing issues.

If the order is eligible for a return please email us at enquires@linkeduk.co.uk with a picture of your order and details showing the item is “significantly not as described”.

Returning a product that’s significantly not as described

Items must be returned in all original packaging and in the same condition you received it, unworn and unused. Items must be returned within 7 days to be eligible for a return. Any returned items are your responsibility until they reach the return address & are signed for. 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. The shipping cost is non-refundable.

Once the product is received, a refund will be processed within two working days.
